Scope of Work: At the time of its construction, the O’hare SATC tower was considered the most advanced air traffic control tower in the world.  ACI in partnership with the Walsh Group was responsible for installing all of the highly advanced mechanical and building automation systems. This project was completed in 2015.

Client: Chicago Park District/WestRec Marina

Scope of Work: ACI was selected to build floating washrooms along every major Chicago harbor, for the Chicago Park District and its management company, Westrec Marina floating washrooms. These floating washrooms required complex planning as they were built completely on the water. The special construction included making use of tugboats to place the washrooms in place after completion, as well as underwater divers for MEP connections.

Scope of Work: ACI completed a gut and rehab of 1## units in the Long Life High-Rise Senior Community Housing. Using a tier by tier method, ACI was able to complete this job even with most of the units in the building being occupied by tenants.

Client: Chicago Housing Authroity

Scope of Work: ACI was responsible for the complete gut and rehab of the Jane Addams/ABLA Community Center for the Chicago Housing Authority. This modern community center included unique features such as a paved and landsdcaped central courtyard and terracotta masonry. ACI completed the project within the original scheduled completion date, despite over six months’ worth of unforeseen conditional delays.  This project has received LEED silver certification.

Scope of Work: ACI was awarded the Congress Parkway Modernization contract by the Chicago Housing Authority. As a general contractor on this project, All Chicago Inc. is responsible for the gut and rehab of three, 12-unit, residential buildings. This gut and rehab includes the installation of a new computer lounge for Chicago Housing Authority tenants as well exterior site work, which consists of replacing utility lines, paving a new parking lot, and landscaping throughout the property.
